Torsion Springs
Standard Springs: 1-year warranty covering breakage due to normal wear. Springs are rated for approximately 10,000 cycles (7-10 years typical lifespan).

Extension springs carry a 1-year warranty against breakage. These springs are rated for 10,000-15,000 cycles. We recommend converting to safer torsion springs for better performance and longevity. Learn about conversion →
Garage Door Openers
Opener warranties vary by manufacturer. LiftMaster and Chamberlain typically offer 1-5 year warranties on motors and parts depending on the model. We honor all manufacturer warranties and handle warranty service directly. Installation labor is covered by our workmanship warranty.
Garage Doors
New garage door warranties are provided by the door manufacturer and typically range from 1-10 years depending on the door model and components. Steel doors generally carry longer warranties than other materials. Warranties cover manufacturing defects but not damage from use, weather, or accidents.
Cables, Rollers & Hardware
Cables, rollers, hinges, and other hardware components carry a 1-year warranty against defects and premature failure. Nylon rollers typically last 10-15 years while steel rollers may require replacement every 5-7 years depending on usage.
Safety Sensors & Components
Photo-eye safety sensors and related safety components are covered under the opener manufacturer's warranty, typically 1-3 years. Our installation of these critical safety features is covered by our workmanship warranty.

Important: Keep your original invoice as proof of service. For lifetime warranty springs, service call fees apply for warranty work. All other covered repairs have no out-of-pocket cost.
