When Payment is Due
Standard Repairs
For most repair services (spring replacement, opener repair, cable replacement, etc.), payment is due upon completion of the work. We'll provide you with a final invoice once the job is finished and you're satisfied with the results.
Large Projects & Installations
For larger projects such as new garage door installations, complete system replacements, or commercial work, we may require:
- Deposit at scheduling: A partial deposit to order materials and secure your installation date
- Balance upon completion: Remaining balance due when work is completed to your satisfaction
We'll clearly communicate payment terms when providing your quote.
Commercial Accounts
We offer NET 30 payment terms for established commercial accounts. Contact us to set up a commercial account and discuss payment arrangements for ongoing service contracts.

Do you require payment before starting work?
For most standard repairs, no upfront payment is required. Payment is due upon completion. For larger installations or commercial projects, we may request a deposit to order materials and secure your installation date.
Can I pay over the phone with a credit card?
Yes, we can process credit card payments over the phone if needed. Our technicians also carry mobile payment processors for on-site payment convenience.
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We won't ask for payment until you're completely satisfied with our work. If there are any concerns, we'll address them before requesting payment.
Do you charge extra fees for credit card payments?
No, we do not charge additional fees for credit card payments. The price we quote is the price you pay, regardless of payment method.
How do I set up ACH or wire transfer payment?
For ACH or wire transfer payments (typically for larger commercial projects), contact our office at 281-579-8400. We'll provide our banking information and walk you through the process.
